1. Outside view of building owned by Duty just north of the Marion square. His office was on the 2nd floor to the left of the photo with the three windows.
2. Inside view of States Attorney Duty's office as it looks today. This is where several meeting took place about what to do with the trouble brewing out at the Lester strip pit. Oh if these walls could talk!
3. Grave marker of States Attorney Duty. He is buried east of Marion behind a church. As far as I can tell he was not married and had no children. He iis buried between his mother and father.
